    Heavy users for years. We raise major eyebrows at our local sex shop.

    This month marks our 18th anniversary and we still clap cheeks every day, often multiple times. Boy Butter has been our go-to for at least 5+ years. It's a fabulous product that we may have to stick to ordering direct from this site from now on, because our local shop seems to have implemented aggressive price hikes for no reason other than we buy a lot of it.

    I won't name the store to avoid drama, but it was a sex shop in the Castro. We'd buy 3 tubs every couple months. We were probably the sole reason they had inventory issues keeping the large tubs in stock. Sadly, their markup ballooned during COVID which coincided with us having even more sex than usual. For about six months they didn't have any of it. When they restocked finally the price went from $34 per 16 oz. tub to $44 per 16 oz. tub and never saw any signs of going back down. Another sex store two doors down still sells the tubs for $36. Many other items in the store didn't change drastically in price so it hurts to feel targeted. We buy other things there like cockrings and sex toys but lube, no more. The subscription price on your website is phenomenal. We are doing that from this point forward.

    I have one more gripe and it's regarding the merch. I've communicated with the site admin and its always "check back" but I've been trying for years now to get that tank top. Literally years. I've lost count of the refunds. I was excited to see "Pre-order' on the gym uniform pieces in the store (and the wonderfully revamped site), but alas it was not meant to be. Refunded. I didn't know pre-order meant anything else other than pay or reserve funds in advance to be prioritized when a production run finishes. It would be really nice to have some day....
